Charlotte E. Trenholm, LICSW, MLADC

Charlotte is a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with clients within residential, psychiatric, inpatient and outpatient settings. Her clinical service over the years has focused on providing care to high-risk youth and families and the treatment of individuals with dual diagnosis.

Before joining Farnum, she worked for the Greater Nashua Council on Alcoholism, Inc., Keystone Hall as the Director of the Intake Services; she oversaw admissions within their residential High Intensity, Low Intensity, and the Cynthia Day Family Center substance use treatment programs. In addition, she has served in the role of Clinical Supervisor for the Community Alcohol Information Program conducting clinical supervision and consultations with staff and the care management team. She has also held the position of Assistant Director for the Webster House, a residential treatment program for youth in New Hampshire.

Charlotte earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire. She is dual licensed in the State of New Hampshire with her LICSW and MLADC.
