Alexandra Hamel

Alexandra is Vice President of Residential Clinical Services at Farnum Center. Alexandra has over 20 years of experience working in the substance use treatment field primarily in residential settings. She previously worked for Greater Nashua Council on Alcoholism – Keystone Hall as Director of Programs and Clinical Services. She worked in all aspects of residential and outpatient treatment services, including the Cynthia Day Family Center and contracted corrections programs.

Alexandra received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University New England and is a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC).

Alexandra has been an adjunct professor at NHTI – Concord’s Community College in the Addictions Studies program since 2013. She is currently a member of the New Hampshire Board of Licensing for Alcohol and Other Drug Use Professionals and is a Past President of the New Hampshire Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselors Association (NHADACA).
