Individual Counseling sessions
Individual Counseling sessions with a clinician trained and licensed to support clients with alcohol and substance use disorders allow for customized care tailored to the person’s unique needs, history, and recovery goals. This one-on-one therapy provides a safe, confidential space where individuals can explore the root causes of addiction, process shame, guilt, or grief, and better understand behavioral patterns that contribute to substance use.
Individual sessions can be scheduled by calling 603.836.6754.
Group Counseling sessions
Group Counseling sessions with a Clinician trained and licensed to support clients with alcohol and substance use disorders connect individuals who are facing similar challenges. Hearing stories from other clients can reduce isolation and stigma and reinforce that you are not alone. As addiction often leads to feelings of disconnection, Group Counseling sessions build a sense of community, belonging, and mutual understanding as well as the opportunity to learn coping strategies for how others handle triggers, cravings, or setbacks.
Participation in Group can be scheduled by calling 603.836.6754.
