Farnum Leadership

Cheryl Wilkie, Psy.D., MLADC

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Wilkie is the Chief Operating Officer at Farnum. She has led the premier substance abuse treatment programs at Farnum and Farnum North since 2008. She has been recognized by multiple community organizations, state offices and legislative committees for excellence in business management and healthcare advocacy. Her ability to understand the human experience is evident in her leadership and talent for empowering everyone to recognize their innate potential. She strives to ensure that the staff, stakeholders, families, and clients have what they need to thrive.

Christine Weber

Vice President of Operations

Christine Weber, LADC has been providing clinical substance abuse services since 2005. Her educational background includes a degree in Addiction Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. She holds a license as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She is experienced in 3rd party billing and project management. Christine is grateful to help people at any stage of the recovery process.

Dennis Theriault

Vice President of Substance Abuse Services

Dennis Theriault is the Vice President of Substance Abuse Services for Easterseals. Before coming to the Farnum Center in February 2018, Dennis has worked in a variety of administrative and leadership roles in the behavioral health field for over 20 years. During that time he worked in various inpatient, residential and outpatient treatment settings, working with adolescents, adults, correctional populations, inpatient psychiatric populations, and those receiving medication-assisted treatment.

Dennis has significant experience overseeing quality improvement and performance measurement systems, corporate compliance, and all aspects of overseeing business operations of substance abuse treatment facilities. Dennis has also served as an accreditation surveyor for the Commission on the Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for over 10 years and has provided consultative services to behavioral health service providers in a wide variety of areas.

Christine Habermann

Vice President of Policy, Procedure, and Compliance

Christine is responsible for leading the internal processes for promoting and ensuring Farnum's compliance with laws, regulations, company policies and contracts. She represents Farnum in an enterprise-wide Compliance Committee which oversees its compliance risk management and internal complaint reporting programs. She is also responsible for formulating and implementing Farnum's policies and procedures and making sure they are communicated and trained upon across the company. Further, Christine is responsible for preparing for CARF accreditation and state inspections.

Prior to joining Farnum Center in 2016, Christine served as the Director of Marketing at Groton Wellness, where she transformed marketing efforts to a person-centered, value-proposition strategy, increasing sales 50% in three years.

Christine received an M.B.A. from Bentley University and a B.S. from Skidmore College. She enjoys spending time with her college-aged daughters and resides in New Hampshire with her husband and two dogs.

Kathleen Murphy, M.Ed., LADC

Director of Substance Abuse Services

Kathleen Murphy, M.Ed., LADC, is a Director of Substance Abuse Services for Easterseals Farnum Center, overseeing Farnum’s Outpatient Programs, Suboxone Clinic and Transitional Living Program. Kathleen has been providing treatment to those affected by substance use disorder since 2003. She earned her master’s degree in counseling in 2010 from the University of New Hampshire and is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor.

Amy Gauthier

Director of Substance Abuse Services

Amy Gauthier is the Director of Substance Abuse Services at Farnum Center Queen City. Amy has been a part of the Farnum Center Easterseals team since 2014. Amy came to Farnum with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and is a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

Chris Casagrande MCMHC

Director of Substance Abuse Services: Farnum North | Webster Place

Chris has worked at the Farnum Center for the past three years and has been in the field of addiction counseling for the 10 years. Chris has a Masters degree in clinical mental health and addiction counseling and is currently MLADAC eligible. He has experience in 12 step models CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing modalities. Chris currently practice is in the treatment philosophy of Health Realization and has several books on the subject he is working on getting published as well as being a regular contributor to the Farnum Center podcast about health realization.

Melyssa Kydd-Keeler

Director of Substance Abuse Services: Farnum North | Ray House

Melyssa Kydd-Keeler, MSW has been apart of the Farnum clinical staff since 2016. She is currently working on obtaining her Master Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (MLADC). She has her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and Masters in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire. Melyssa immediately embraced the understanding that wellness is accessible to everyone through the Three Principles. She is grateful to guide individuals suffering from substance abuse disorders through recovery.

Roland Lavallee, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Roland Lavallee MD has been providing medical care for over 30 years. His training includes the addiction treatment unit at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ and his background includes Public Health Service, Family Practice, Pain Management and Medical Director for Methadone Maintenance Clinics. He has long been concerned about the myths associated with the addictive diseases and their treatment and the significant ongoing reduction in healthcare resources allotted to this.
He began providing medical coverage for the Farnum Center in August 2012 and in February 2013 he welcomed the opportunity to become Medical Director of Farnum Center and Webster Place.

Dorcas Boursiquot MSN, APRN-BC, FNP-C, MBA

Director of Nursing

Dorcas Boursiquot, MSN, APRN-BC, FNP-C, MBA is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who specializes in substance abuse treatment and recovery services. She has many years of nursing experience and education in various areas of patient care including physical-rehabilitation, neurological, orthopedic, substance abuse treatment, serving as a Director of Nursing and working as a nurse practitioner in various treatment environments.

In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Dorcas also has an outstanding academic background that includes two bachelor’s degrees (psychology and nursing), a Master’s degree in Nursing from the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Rivier University, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Dorcas’ combination of clinical education and experience provides a strong foundation for the kind of holistic approach that our clients deserve and that we promote at the Farnum Center. She considers not only the physical aspects of a client’s illness, but the emotional and spiritual aspects as well. Her true aspiration is to encourage a positive healing experience for the clients we serve. Currently, Dorcas serves as a Nurse Practitioner on our residential units as well as the Director of Nursing overseeing our detoxification unit at the Farnum Center.

Amanda Turco

Online Media & Communications Coordinator

Amanda Turco moved to the Queen City to study Marketing at SNHU. She graduated in three years with her Bachelors and received her Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing the following year. After college, she proceeded to start her career in a fast-paced, demanding, multi-tasked environment in the communications department at Easterseals NH. She managed the digital, social & traditional media for many programs, one of them being Farnum. Her passion and dedication stood out, and she was welcomed to the Farnum Team in 2017 as the Online Media & Communications Coordinator. Now, Amanda works diligently to ensure Farnum is present and available as a resource for all of its clients, families, staff, and community members.
