Real Help, Right Now

The Farnum Center is a private 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization committed to providing effective, dignified care and support for adults seeking recovery from alcohol and other drugs. We are located in Manchester and Franklin NH. In Manchester we offer a medical detox unit for 20 individuals and 40 beds for residential treatment that can last up to 30 days. In Franklin we are located on the historic Daniel Webster Farm. The Ray House is a short-term residential treatment program for women, age 17+ from all backgrounds and areas of the northeast. Webster Place, at the same Farnum North campus, is a short-term residential treatment program for men which became an accredited and licensed clinical program in 2016.  As with all Farnum Center programs, Ray House and Webster Place programs are in-network with most insurance carriers and financial assistance is available to those who qualify. The overall goal of The Farnum Center is to help alleviate some of the distress NH has seen with the Opioid crisis. Our programs teach Health Realization and our staff are training by experts in this field. We also offer other recovery options including yoga, acupuncture and self-help meetings. Farnum Center & Farnum North are committed to serving veterans and their families. In partnership with Easterseals Veterans Count philanthropy and the Dan and Renee Plummer Endowment, a full range of support is available for service members and their families.

Members of our alumni community stay strongly connected with Webster Place. Often, alumni return to share their experience, strength, and hope with our new residents. They stay connected through weekly alumni meetings and self-help meetings at Webster Place for those in treatment and in the community. Many reach out to each other for ongoing support and encouragement via phone, email, and social networking.

The broader community also plays a major role in supporting our residents and alumni with self-help meetings, employment and friendship. They provide rides to meetings, volunteer, and make donations to help those in need. We offer each resident the opportunity to fill out anonymous surveys which allows us to gather feedback and make improvements if necessary.

Farnum Center strives to achieve the highest standards of excellence and care. Farnum Center has earned a Three-Year Accreditation from CARF, the international accrediting body for rehabilitation facilities. Easterseals New Hampshire Farnum Center is CARF accredited for the following programs:
