Our staff are experienced and passionate about the work they do. They are competent practitioners, available to residents 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Their diverse backgrounds and commitment to quality recovery ensures that individual attention can be provided for each resident.
Cheryl Wilkie, Psy.D., MLADC
Senior Vice President
Dr. Wilkie is the Senior Vice President of Substance Abuse Services for Easterseals. She has led the premier substance abuse treatment programs Farnum Center and Farnum North since 2008. She has been recognized by multiple community organizations, state offices and legislative committees for excellence in business management and healthcare advocacy. Her ability to understand the human experience is evident in her leadership and talent of empowering everyone to recognize their innate potential. She strives to ensure that the staff, stakeholders, families and clients have what they need to thrive.
New Hampshire has acknowledged that substance abuse is the top public health crisis facing the state. Dr. Wilkie demonstrates tireless commitment to the men and women who struggle with substance abuse by developing high quality, sustainable programs to meet this community need.
Roland Lavallee, MD
Roland Lavallee MD has been providing medical care for over 30 years. His training includes the addiction treatment unit at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ and his background includes Public Health Service, Family Practice, Pain Management and Medical Director for Methadone Maintenance Clinics. He has long been concerned about the myths associated with the addictive diseases and their treatment and the significant ongoing reduction in healthcare resources allotted to this.
He began providing medical coverage for the Farnum Center in August 2012 and in February 2013 he welcomed the opportunity to become Medical Director of Farnum Center and Webster Place.

VP of Operations
Christine Weber, LADC has been providing clinical substance abuse services since 2005. Her educational background includes a degree in Addiction Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. She holds a license as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She is experienced in 3rd party billing and project management. Christine is grateful to help people at any stage of the recovery process.
Director of Substance Abuse
Richard G. Boucher is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), with a Bachelor of Science degree in addiction studies and counseling, and a Master's of Science degree. He is a Three Principle Practitioner also known as Health Realization, and is a member of the Three Principle Global Community. He has been practicing at the Farnum Center since 2012. His background includes working with the homeless population for three years as well as working with clients in a social detox facility.
