Intensive Outpatient

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) gives clients who do not require a residential or PHP level of care the opportunity to receive intensive treatment services while fulfilling their daily responsibilities such as parenting, working, or pursuing educational goals. In the first phase of IOP treatment, clients participate in educational programs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for three hours each day, over the course of approximately one month.  The program consists of group health realization education, group therapy individual counseling, friend/family education, aftercare planning and case management.

Following this first month, a continuing care plan is developed with each client and his or her counselor which outlines further outpatient treatment, with typical engagement in group counseling for 90 mins once weekly for 4 to 6 weeks. We have morning and evening IOP and continued care options. Also available to clients is Family Education and Counseling as well as access to our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
