Farnum Ray House provides a serene, comforting, and “homelike” environment for both female and male residents to begin their journey of recovery. Ray House received a $1 Million dollar renovation, creating an ideal place for residents to relax, learn, and grow together in recovery. Located on the country homestead of NH Statesman Daniel Webster, our campus has a wonderful view and atmosphere for our clients to focus on their own inner health and resilience.
Facility Information & Amenities:
Ray House is a co-ed 21-bed facility for those over the age of 18. Women and men are housed on different floors, with separate programming (most of the time). Our facilities are relaxing and comfortable, consisting of well-appointed private and semi-private rooms. Ray House employs housekeeping staff and residents are expected to keep their rooms and common areas clean.
Our family-style dining is nourishing and healthy. We encourage individuals to relax and share with each other and with our treatment team. Special dietary needs can be easily accommodated.
The work of recovery can be challenging. Every day, we offer residents the ability to try new things. We provide many opportunities for residents such as gardening, yoga, acupuncture, meditation, arts and crafts, and more. We take field trips to lakes, oceans, baseball games, recovery events, and appropriate 12 step functions.
