Join the mission of Farnum, a comprehensive treatment facility dedicated to providing dignified, compassionate recovery services for adults in pursuit of rehabilitation from substance use disorders. Farnum utilizes Health Realization, also known as the Three Principles Psychology of mind, thought, and consciousness to provide a unique, life changing experience for clients. Create a safe, structured environment for individuals in need of support as they navigate their personal 30 day program.

 Farnum was at the forefront in the opioid crisis, offering critical detoxification, medication assisted treatment, stabilization, and inpatient or outpatient treatment. As a resident instructor, contribute to this critical work by helping our operations run smoothly, overseeing the day-to-day activities in our facility, and managing the schedules of our patients.

There are five state-of-the-art Farnum facilities, conveniently located in Manchester and Franklin, NH.

HOURS

Positions are available for first, second and third shifts.

There are over 140 adults in need of treatment for substance use disorders.

TRAINING

We provide a paid orientation and training program, in addition to ongoing professional development with potential for growth.

REQUIREMENTS

You must be 18 years of age or older. No experience is required to fill this position.

pay

COMPENSATION

Pay is based on degrees, experience, and certifications. Full-time employees are offered competitive benefit packages. Base pay for an instructor begins at $16.83.
