This lively role places you at the center of our dynamic facility. Gain extensive knowledge by working alongside ancillary service providers and physicians, learning as you administer physical care, therapeutic, and medical regimens. Cultivate your social and technical abilities as you oversee health care activities, monitor medical documentation, and provide compassionate, one-on-one treatment to clients.

There are five state-of-the-art Farnum facilities, conveniently located in Manchester and Franklin, NH.
Per-diem, part-time, and full-time positions are available.
There are over 140 adults in need of treatment for substance use disorders.
We provide a paid orientation and training program, in addition to ongoing professional development with potential for growth.
This position requires a NH LPN or RN license and experience working with individuals with complex medical needs. Prior psychiatric or medical detox experienced is preferred. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance are also required.
Pay is based on education, experience, and certifications. Full-time employees are offered competitive benefit packages. Base pay for LPN starts at $26.44. Base pay for RN starts at $42.00.
